Dr David Playfoot
Room: Vivian Tower 910c
I’m a cognitive psychologist (who also dabbles in neuropsychology) and I spend my working life trying to figure out how we know which groups of letters spell real words, which don’t, and how we know how they should be pronounced. In 2003, I was in your shoes…just about to start my undergraduate psychology degree in Swansea University.
When I’m not at my desk or in front of a lecture hall, you’ll probably find me across the road lifting weights, at home playing guitar or bass, or running around in circles with other weirdos at some metal gig or another. See you down the front!
